If you want to do it right, do it yourself. And by this I mean: that when you are serving as your own client, you understand the nature of your requirements perfectly. So it’s a great chance to have exacting standards and iterate and refine your way towards process automation that saves time and aggravation.

In having the Salesforce App I’m using to support my own job search evolve, I’m digging deeper into Flow Designer & Flow Builder’s capabilities, and seeing how with a little advance planning you can get some good business logic and language outputs that take into account grammatical issues like singular/plural.

Here is a Sway I put together to document how a series of flows and process builder workflows have made it easier to scan the postings and figure out where to apply — and to track the process through the stages of a funnel.
