Salesforce Education Data Architecture is an impressively ambitious offering tailored to Universities & Colleges taking a lifetime approach to students, alumni, faculty, employers and other impacted communities.

My challenge task: to handle student requests for housing and meal plans across various residence halls. And to deploy as many process builder and flow automations as possible to standardize the user experience and minimized repetitive activity beyond what was strictly necessary.
